Heck, count me in. Did well with PPC but when I included AdSense all I got was a ton of clicks, which chewed up my daily budget in 2 hours, and horrible conversion.

However, on feature I do like is you can actually chose the websites where you want your ads to appear.

I would be a lot more willing to fill out a form with only an e-mail address and get a quality response, but I'm also a self admitted tire kicker My opinion is a chat only option would generate a lot of tire kickers with sales mixed in. Might be right up someone's alley though!

Dave - Maybe you can throw in a quick 5 minutes on placements such as yellowbook (dot) com. Did anyone else see their commercial during the Cardinals vs Packers game that had 'Life Insurance' as the search term?

Granted different conversation the Adwords, but has some similarities.
