Got a question about cancelations

New to the game and I have been writing policies for RNA and MoO. So far every MoO has canceled, often in the first 60 days, and the RNA policies are still in force. Is this typical?

Why are they cancelling? NSF, calling in to cancel, what?

The method of cancellation is going to help in being able to give you suggestions on improving.

Two just didn't pay the monthly. They insisted on being billed. The other two were child policies, one child was a transgender and it was very complicated. After all the work she just stopped paying.

I don't think you've written enough policies.

I would agree.

If you are new, one of things you learn quickly, is that often how you sell has a direct impact on client retention. How do you sell? How do you solidify? Those are two different areas to the sales process, but have a very real connection.

And I believe what "hoosier" may be referring to is the law of numbers. This is FE and people will drop off... some before they are even on.

Much appreciated. So far selling RNA is a lot more comfortable. The policies with MoO have been difficult and tons of work for very little reward. Many, many visits to the house for a $15 policy (need to learn when to "cut bait"). So I'm sure my attitude is definitely a factor.
