Kind of surprised that nobody posted this, but I was told told today that the commission schedule for 2011: 1-49 apps 10/4, 49-99 12/4, 100+ 14/4.

I haven't seen it in writing yet, anybody hear anything different? You gonna stay in the biz?

Not good, but I guess it is better than nothing.

It's not going to work, unless you increase your avg. premium or work longer hours. Even if your acquisition cost dropped to 0, you take a severe beating if you place the same number/premium cases each month.

This thing is actually worse than it appears for experienced agents that have been hitting their bonus numbers every month, as we will soon find out.

The only silver lining is for the slackers that may get motivated and actually work a little harder.

So there you have it. If you're middle to upper class health agent, you're screwed, if you're an asshole that doesn't sell anything, your vacation is over.

I was told the MGA and GA comps are all getting cut also. So they might be working at 14%. The source was a bit shaky when they told me this. I am not sure how long that distribution model will last.

Jan 1st I am expecting a most agents to be pulling out of the of the individual market.

The agents that have invested heavily into their website and SEO need to get ready because the traffic is about soar.

I think my Individual sales could go up 10x.

It's a volume / systemic deal.
You need 800 - 1000 leads a month and the software and know how to process them.
