Graded Policy Replacement

This is the time of year all the scum bag agents come out of the wood works!!! This kind of stuff is so aggravating!

For the record...the guy flat out lied. There's no such program.

If the client can now qualify for an Immd coverage, due to now exceeding the 2 year lookback on a health 'event', then what the agent said is basically a 'used care salesman' way of telling the client they were past the lookback period.

However, if they are on ROP due to a chronic condition, rather than a specific event, and the agent lied on the app, should be rather easy to point out the deception to the client and re-write them.

So, as far as exceeding the lookback on a health 'event', how many of you pros out there keep track of these things, and go back to re-write when the client can qualify for a better program?

So what is to stop agents from clean sheeting replacements that should have been graded or ROP?

Underwriting. But, on a company that doesn't do MIB or script checks it's just about the agent and client being honest.

That law also keeps some companies from doing replacements in Ky. I know LH, AmAm, Settlers and Shenandoah, when they were in business, will not do replacements here.

Lol. What law keeps replacements from happening in "KY"? There is no "law".

Every state has DOI guidelines regarding Replacements and if its in the best interest of the client, one can replace all day long.

Even in KY. Lol. The bullshit keeps flow'n. I seriously don't understand how you are the "big dog" on this Forum? Most of what you say is so false is comical?

Ok I'm done. I know you're going to blow up in a response with rise comments so I won't respond. I just had to...HAD to respond to this ridiculous comment about some "law". Lol. Now have at it and belittle me.

Now you are just showing your ignorance. Kentucky has a rule about replacements which I believe is unique. The new policy does not have a new contestability period, but continues the one from the replaced policy which means it may have no contestability period.

You are simply an ***. You can't even comprehend the discussion here in this thread.

The law on replacements in Ky is the replacing company cannot place anymore contestability on the policy than is there with the present company. As a hotshot recruiter you should know that.

The question was why wouldn't an agent just cleansheet a replacement when replacing a policy that is out of contestability.

You want to jump on me to the point that you make yourself look even more foolish. If that's even possible?

Lol. Now you're right up there with the almighty. Im preeeeeety sure I'm up on my insurance guidelines.

He said it was a "law" against replacing. Nothing about the Contestability phase.

It would be nice to post that Article though. Nice try though. I would reread a couple times before you try and jump on the bashing wagon VIP.

Lol

Wrong again. That was the discussion. There are only 4 states that have this law. But I'm sure as a master recruiter you already knew that. It probably would have helped had you ever actually been a producer but then that can do, them that can't teach.
