Graded Policy Replacement

Lol. Now you're right up there with the almighty. Im preeeeeety sure I'm up on my insurance guidelines.

He said it was a "law" against replacing. Nothing about the Contestability phase.

It would be nice to post that Article though. Nice try though. I would reread a couple times before you try and jump on the bashing wagon VIP.

Lol

He said it keeps some companies from accepting replacements, which is true. A company does not have to accept replacement business, and with the restriction on contestability, I don't blame them.

Heeeeey Matt. What took you so long?

Lol. Now we are one big family. The mascots of the Ins Forum. Matt and JD. Happily ever after.

Good ole JD. Looooooves his name calling when some try's to prove him wrong. Cuz he's neeeeeeever wrong.

JD....as usual...you speak untruths as there is no "law". Lol. The DOI has guidelines on the Contestability regarding a replacement. One can replace in KY all day long. The Contestabiliry phase"may" continue.

See you talk so straight forward but believe it or not...sometimes you are misspoken? It's ok. It happens. There's nothing wrong with it. See how I politely point it out and not name call or try to belittle? That's how professionals do it outside of the hills of KY.

Vol...now you seem to know me? Lol

My friend...you don't wanna bark up this tree.

JD....you just can't stop the contradictions. You are so blind with your ego, you can never see you're wrong at times. You and Matt definitely keep this place interesting. Not very professional or informative. But interesting.

Now. I have to goto bed. Have to get up early so I can get in to my pretend office and rip people off by pretending to sell.

Lololol. Remember...doors always open. I a give you gas money or anyone else for that matter if you care to see proof. But you won't. It's much easier to jump on the Internet and talk tough.

Good night guys. I'll respond to your crap tomorrow that you'll spew after I leave here tonight. Have at it.

Hate to disagree but he didn't say there was a "law" against replacing. He said, "that law keeps some companies from doing replacements in KY." There is a difference. While there is no law "against" replacements, the KY law has forced some companies to choose not to accept replacements in KY because they don't want to accept the additional risk involved..

I was mar...mar....mmmarr....hitched 11 years. "Tuning out" is something I know alot about. :D

If you were only "hitched 11 years", you weren't very good at tuning out... To stay married 47 years as I have been, you have to be an expert. (and so does she)

Actually if you sell insurance exclusively over the phone, KY lets you get by this. It's a Legal Loop Hole...I can't believe you guys didn't know this...Your all a bunch of amateurs, and one man shop. :)
