Has anyone tried texting DM leads that won’t answer the phone/door?

1. I don't know

2. How do you know my address?

3. That's a little creepy man

hey, there's a reason I don't put my info on here. takes two seconds to find someones address with a phone number or a name and most of these guys have their homes as a business address.

you can find quite a bit of information on the internet haha

How robo-callers outwitted the government and completely wrecked the Do Not Call list

I Read this article. My biggest takeaway is that by not following compliance's such as dnc, robot call, etc. large companies make enough money where the penalties, if they are caught, are worth it.

For the the small businesses, we pay the price bc fines or lawsuits even if just for a few thousand dollars still sting. But unfortunately, the laws exist bc of these big businesses and not bc of us but we pay the ultimate price.

Follow-up question...

Has anyone used the little post-it-notes on the door that reference a delivery - Sorry we missed you message sort of thing? (If you can figure out what I just said you know what I mean.)

If you have used them, what was your findings? Good/ No Good? And any tips for someone who would use them.

A lot of agents and IMO's use them. I find them on doors all the time. I used them many years ago when it was a "new idea". I always got a response when I used them but it wasn't the kind of responses I want.:1wink:

So I quit using them. If I use one now it's just to piss the person off and I put Newby's name on it.

Hello (leads name), my name is (my name), back in ( month the lead was mailed) you requested information on state regulated final expense Life Insurance. Unfortunately, since receiving your request, I have not had any luck getting in touch with you. If you would still like information on these programs you can call, text or email me. In the meantime, here is some quotes from the top companies in Massachusetts for $10,000 for a (age/ non smoker female/male).

Why do you think a lengthy text like that would work?

Consider this.

You really don't have an active lead. AT SOME POINT the person had an interest. Maybe they still do but you have not found out by callinig and you won't by texting.

Turn a stale "lead" into a fresh one.

If you were going to do anything at all, why not mail something with rates on a postcard or in a plain white envelope with no return address?

I get life insurance solicitations all the time promoting no exam with amounts and rates. If these things didn't work carriers would not continue to do them.

Randy Murray made a lot of money by mailing stuff like that.

Bob for the win!

When I first saw it, my thought was, that text is WAY too long. No one texts a book. If you don't shorten it up no one will even read it. No guarantee it will work even if you do, but at least you have a shot with a shorter text.

You would do better just texting:

You didn't call me back? (749) 823-4567

Works extra well if they are married.
