Having a List of Leads...now What

The company lawyer said this was the cheapest way out and their are time bombs out there just begging you to call and bust you....hell after the health commission cuts have been looking to do this as a side job......

I only do this part time and I have lost a few battles myself.

You have a list of NAMES. Not a list of leads.

Leads are people who requested for you to contact them.

Now what in the world would possess a grown man to go out of his way to point out such a meaningless distinction, to be so fractious, in regard to a legitmate questiion?

Acting Bossy? You're still here?

I'm so many intelligence levels below you that I don't even understand your question.

If fractious has anything to do with fractions...I never really was much good at all that book learnin.

Now that I think about it, i've never heard of anybody getting fined for calling someone on the DNC list. I'm on the DNC list and I still get calls. And who comes and collects the 16k?? I've decided making money is more important to me than worrying about if someone is on the DNC list.....if they bring that up I will kill them with kindness and move on to the next one. I don't foresee it being a problem.

Do not call complaints will be entered into the FTC's Consumer Sentinel system, a secure online database available to more than 1,000 civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help us investigate the company and could lead to law enforcement action.

In other words call whoever the hell you want!!

I used to teach people I got as shared leads how to file complaints with the FTC and how the process worked, along with explaining how to send a demand letter and that they could be awarded money just by filing vs the person in small claims court if they were in the same state.

Was a good way to warm up aged leads. They forgot they were mad at me by the end of the explanation.
