I'm getting a blank white screen while trying to login to accounts. Is anyone else having this issue?

- Using Chrome, when I attempt to login, I briefly see "authenticating please wait" in the upper left hand corner of the page, but the page remains white/blank.

Three calls since Tuesday to Healthcare.gov confirms that the system is undergoing major problems. TUES, WED, couldn't retrieve the Eligibility Letter. Today, can't log-in.

Patience! It's still in BETA BABY mode. Should be running smoothly before Obamacare implodes.

I wish the voting public would read these boards...

More like an ALPHA that wants to be BETA tested.

As someone that does programming, I'm so confused by what you mean by this?

(Also, calling that piece of garbage "beta" is a compliment. Technically it is, but most developers would be embarrassed to reveal something so unfinished and buggy.)

The alpha phase of the release life cycle is the first phase to begin software testing (alpha is the first letter of the Greek alphabet, used as the number 1). In this phase, developers generally test the software using white box techniques. Additional validation is then performed using black box or gray box techniques, by another testing team. Moving to black box testing inside the organization is known as alpha release.[2]

Alpha software can be unstable and could cause crashes or data loss. External availability of alpha software is uncommon in proprietary software. However, open source software, in particular, often have publicly available alpha versions, often distributed as the raw source code of the software. The alpha phase usually ends with a feature freeze, indicating that no more features will be added to the software. At this time, the software is said to be feature complete.

:D Alpha is the stage before Beta. And your right...it doesn't even deserve a "Beta" label.

They are counting on almost no one using the site before the fall election.

This is the logical time to make big system upgrades..during the lull. But the Obama admin still wants to go into the Fall elections bragging that "x million more Americans have gained medical coverage over the Summer."

There's probably a lot of TECH vs CRONY fighting at HHS over the scheduling.
