ran into two crazy cases but both similar.
First case was a lady with last name D'Angelo.
Couldn't verify ..tried everything under the sun then
I decided to remove the apostrophe and viola her identity was verified.
second case was good ole Mary Jo.
Well Mary Jo should have been Mary J. this lasted for weeks
mailing drivers license , social security card etc. She called me and we had
her enrolled in 30 mins. She absolutely loved join.me and was
very pleased with the outcome.
Bottom line here folks is the healthcare.gov site is super sensitive to the
correct spelling of a persons name. One the Mary Jo case.. its funny because
she emailed me a copy of her SS card and it actually had Mary Jo on it but her
passport was Mary J. go figure
