I issue pay about $40k a month and on track to writing 350k+ this year.

Our agency does $1mil a month in business.

Thank you! I work with an IMO and I usually buy about 80-150 leads a week. They are really nice warm leads.

Actually my lead cost is about $1000-$1500 a week.

I work within an IMO. I buy all my own leads. Once bought they are exclusive. Now I'm looking to start building an agency. We have 5 licensed agents so far and a few on the way to being licensed! It's exciting!

Haha I don't know... I just buy about 100 for $1200... I book about 20 appointments and sell about 7-8..
