Just an update. I had the client call SNL and it appears, according to SNL the lady had one refill on the drug in question. The lady called her pharmacy and they told her she has never been prescribed a drug for Dementia or Alzheimer's. She is going to call SNL back on Tuesday to find out the specific name of the drug in question.

FTR When I first posted, I just assumed the drug was probably Aricept or Namenda. It appears it is something else. Question 10 on the SNL app is the concern.
