I've been told "Health Insurance is Expensive because Health Care is Expensive" Too Bad Obama,Reid and the wicked Witch Pelosi did absolutely nothing to address the true underlying issue... Out of control health care expenses. Its easy for Politicians to point the finger at the Ins. Co's.

MLR is not good for anyone involved. Insurance companies, agents, or the clients of the insurance companies.
Insurance companies should have freedom to operate as they choose since it is their investment and revenues at risk!
What business is it of the government to tell any private company how much money it should pay to aquire the business they want?
Agents are being put out of business since insurance companies are forced into cutting and lowering commissions payable so they can stay under this 80/20 requirement. Companies should have freedom to operate as they wish.
The public will loose the great services of professional insurance advisors and councelors who can no longer afford to service as before. No win win here.
This is a LOSE LOSE LOSE for everyone!
