I contracted with Oxford through an IMO when I could of went straight to Oxford for 120% contract. How do I get out of this contract?

Usually have to go to the IMO and get a release (have fun with that) or you can cancel your contract with the company and wait 6-12 mo (depends on company) to re-contract.

Oxford is the one company that will ditch their IMOs in a heartbeat if you want to go direct with them.

If you call them up and explain to them that your IMO put you at less than street and that is keeping you from writing business with them, they will likely work with you.

Any forum I click on takes me back to the FE forum. Anybody else having this problem?

I second this. I have seen Oxford take agents from a few IMO's and take them on direct.

Being in my position I would say I hate that but I don't. I wish every carrier worked that way.

I really meant it about the FE forum..I mean with threads like I'd hit that why would anyone want to leave.

I think it's more like an addiction other than being in the mob... Some threads like "i'd hit that" are just funny... Maybe the Norway sense of humor isn't working well for you on the forums...
