How Did Ya'll Handle Your First "disappointed" Customer?

If you are going to stoop to making a living giving away er I mean selling those MA plans then you are going to have to take the B S that goes along along with it. Only tight asses and the poor want to mess with those MA's and those types of clients are trouble with a capital T.:1arghh:

I wasn't aware that I was stooping to help people with the plan that fits them best, be it MA or supplement.

A few days ago I was thinking that perhaps you weren't as much of a jerk as I thought. Thanks for bringing me back to reality.

When you move out of your mother's basement and have to earn a living, perhaps you'll realize that everyone deserves a good agent. Not just the 3 people that you insure.

Like other's have said, move on.... my fear was; I didn't want my reputation ruined.

I wouldn't worry about her ruining your reputation. Her friends know how she really is and this was not the first time she has been this way to others! She probably goes after the waiter at the restaurant, guy at the repair shop, etc.

I would be happy to not have to talk with her again.

She also did not change her AARP back to the other plan so she must not have been sold on the plan you showed to begin with.

Help the clients that like you!!! Good luck in your career!

Jessica....what did her husband do about his coverage? Is he still with you?

Not sure I understand how she enrolled in an AARP MA plan by simply signing something she received in the mail. Something isn't adding up.

My first disappointed customer would have been 25+ years ago, so I don't remember the details of it.

Yoda...you seem like such a jerk. Consistently.

Holy Cow, I just got up this morning... getting ready for Church and thought I'd check the forum to see if there was any more GOOD advice, then I see this ANNOYING JERKWAD with his comments... who is this YODA dude anyway!?!? I'm not stooping to any level, I'm selling what was in her best interest.... SHE ASKED FOR IT... and I'm just getting started, so do you think I'm going to tell her to go somewhere else?! You're nuts man!!!!! ANYWAY........

Jessica....what did her husband do about his coverage? Is he still with you? RUSS... yes, since he got his cards and everything was perfect with him, she didn't change or do anything with his coverage. anddddd I agree, I told Mr. Williams, my boss, I have no clue how she got into AARP without meeting with someone... but according to her she signed a form to become a member which in turn put her into some plan??! That's what I could gather from her "RAGING" conversation with me.

MrMack... she just had Med part A and B with a drug plan when we met. She was fearful of either of them going in the hospital and being bombarded with dr. bills... This plan, after the deductible was met, really is a good plan... $15.00 dr copay, $20 specialist copay, $0 copay if she went in the hospital or nursing home.... maybe she wasn't sold on it (when she got home and started thinking about the deductible... but the beauty of the plan is that, if she never met the deductible, then had a supplemental insurance for only the amount of what she spent going to the dr. those 3 times a year.... say $300..for example....

xrac... NO TRUER WORDS WERE EVER SPOKEN!!!!!

Jessica,

1. put YODA on your blocked list. He is not worth your time and trouble. I don't know what he said because he is blocked by me.
2. Never respond to these guys like you did, they can't do you any good
3. There are people on this forum that get enjoyment out of knowing they have gotten into your head and bother you
4. Nobody on this forum is going to buy insurance from you so don't give a second thought to post from people like YODA
5.IGNORE THOSE THAT WANT TO BRING YOU DOWN, DON'T RESPOND, DON'T LOSE ANY SLEEP OVER IT, JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITHOUT REGARD TO THE POST ON THIS FORUM, unless it's positive info. AND MOST OF ALL, DON'T TRY TO DEFEND YOURSELF. If uou respond, THEY JUST BUILT THEIR EGOS.

Here's the secret, listen closely, the veteran agents that condemn you are simply egomaniacs that want you to fail, which builds them up and protects their business. They love to stroke each others egos too. Don't fall into the trap. Work hard, do what you think is right, trust God, and it will all fall into place for you. I wish you well.
