I can't link to it because I'm still new to the forums but I wrote an article for the insurance journal on how I increased my clients FB likes 500%.
He now has people that aren't his clients following him on Facebook that be knows are in his target market! This is textbook inbound marketing.
I'd encourage you to leverage Facebook - it can be really powerful
