Correct. That's the part which I object. She was NOT sent out a card like this one. Saying that she MAY have a received a card like this one would be fine. But he knows she was not mailed a card yet still said something he knew to be wrong. That's the unethical part.

And I'm not going to back out on this one as you suggest. I not only believe I'm right, I am right.

Second, it's the "you were sent" part that bothers me. Changing it to "you may have been sent" is completely different.

I would think that the vast majority of salesmen hate cold calling. It is a pain in the ass expecialy in Michigan. If I was broke and had to make some money I would cold call just enough to get some money so I could buy some telemarketed leads.

However, I did not even imply that you would "Paper Moon" a widow. I just used that an example.

It's not always about you. My initial response was not directed toward you but if the shoe fits...

You knew damn well what I objected to but you decided to keep on and on. Maybe I hurt your feelings and you feel necessary to jump on my ass.

We have a difference of opinion about what is ethical. Telling a client that something was mailed to them when it wasn't is a lie and therefore unethical.

I've spelled it out about 10 times for you. If you refuse to understand or simply want to attack me, have at it. But at least have the nads to post who you are instead of hiding behind your forum name.
