I would think that the vast majority of salesmen hate cold calling. It is a pain in the ass expecialy in Michigan. If I was broke and had to make some money I would cold call just enough to get some money so I could buy some telemarketed leads.
You would probably not be very successful at it because of your attitude toward it. The people that are really good at it, have a love for it and find it both exciting and challenging.. There really are people like that.. I know, they are kind of weird..
