Yea, And, even though I enjoyed the discussion about agent autopilot, I do wish I more agents would discuss the report becasue I am interested in what others have to say about it. Personally, I think ya'll did a great job on it..
Thank you!! I wasn't surprised the majority of agents were men. The age bit also didn't surprise me, but you have to ask yourself... if this industry is so top-heavy, where will be in 20-30 years when the vast majority of independent agents are either retired or gone??

You will have a bunch of "new" old folks that have lost their jobs and can't get a job anywhere else selling insurance... just like now..
