How do you submit MOO paper app?

If that is the case, don't submit this app. Doing so puts yourself in serious risk of losing your appoitnment.

First, the agent report asks if you asked the client the health questions. How can you do that if they don't speak english? An interpreter will not suffice btw.

Also, if the client is selected for a random phone interview, they won't be able to complete it because they don't speak english.

Go RNA and just order the interview done in their native language. At leas then you're compliant.

I speak the same language as the client.

I have written 4 apps with MOO recently and submitted them without the PHI. Issued within 3 days no questions asked. If the script check is OK you will be OK.

They have a 1 out of 10 rule for random interviews. You just got lucky.

The OP will lose this deal if they order the interview.

the question is why .. they told me that apptical is recommended but not required and to refer to apptical for interpretations. Apptical said their MOO apps are only done in English.

How does MOO deal with their spanish speaking clients ?

If you use the instant decision eApp, no PHI is required. If you use the paper app, you would be well advised to call apptical while still with the client. You have been unusually lucky. The law of large numbers will catch up and the next thing you know you will have 5 or more policies pending for phone interview.

For Spanish, if you do a paper app, you should mark the top of the app as Spanish only if PHI required. Again, if I have someone who speaks very little English, I will use an eApp with no interview required (MOO, Americo Eagle) or else I go straight to Trans.

Is the MoO <edit> eApp F2F only or can it be done by phone?
