How long is a release supposed to take ?

Ben, what is my agenda?

I have every right to be here on an open forum. I have been selling and training agents how to sell Final Expense since 1996. My knowledge in the final expense industry, company contracts/renewals, and procedures is extensive. EFES, which started in late 2004, and whom I partnered with in early 2007, relied heavily upon my training, recruiting, conference calls and mentorship to help grow their brand.

Who has told you that I "failed out"? Your new partner? My Insurance agency is stronger now than it has been in the past. We offer lead financing on commission deduct. If an agent does not want their lead invoice partially deducted from new advances then we will front their leads to them on a weekly basis and charge their card 8 days later. Or an agent can pay their lead invoice upfront if they choose. For someone like Rob Lion, 19 yrs old just starting in the biz, this would be a huge help. To be clear you are not releasing Rob to work with me. Just using him as an example.

I know Eric, Ryan, and Chase way better than you will probably ever get to know them. I could tell you things that would make your head spin. But I won't. I will just let you figure it out on your own.

As far as the Roofing and Remodeling business is concerned, I am a businessman and an opportunist. Kinda like Uber. They are just an app that connects people who need a ride with people willing to give someone a ride. Now that Davey Roofing and Remodeling is up and running and profitable, my 20-year-old son is taking over the biz.

What made you decide to leave and start your own thing?

I was taking a leak at a Phillies game recently and a guy walks in with two little guys who couldn't have been more than five. Dad then proceeds to position them at the urinals on either side of me. Thank God the little squirts were shooting straight that night.

Let me say it like this. I always had my own thing going. I did not decide to leave. But was falsely accused of stealing agents and getting them appointed to my other carriers and falsely accused of taking EFES leads and selling them with my other carriers. Eric had me terminated at most of the carriers except Americo. Americo has a rule that if the upline gets termed then the entire downline goes with them. Eric could not afford to lose that production. So he had Americo place me on As-Earned.

Should ask Eric why he terminated and sued me for 1 million dollars with absolutely "NO" evidence of his accusations:fibs:Again the Judge dismissed their entire lawsuit and Eric had to pay me the money he was suing me for:biggrin:

Let me get this straight, this guy accuses you of all this bad stuff and not only loses but has to pay you 1 million dollars ? I thought they usually awarded attorney fees.
