Got the "release" it ended being a shrunken pdf file where you could barely read the writing, sent it in anyways ended up needing a higher up signature. No reply after that.

Majority of them at this point i don't even care, I've been using the new carriers i got more often lol.

This doesn't make any sense - have you or Rob reached out to Eric or Ben to get the release signed properly? Are you sure it was incorrectly signed? If I were EFES, I'd want to wrap this thing up once and for all rather than have it keep coming back up like a bad batch of sauerkraut.
