How many leads does your IMO train you to buy? VS AP per week. Are you efficient?

That's like saying everyone who will run 10 miles a day & eat only BACON will lose all their extra weight.

That is common knowledge. But yet there's fat people in America? Why, because actually executing it is an entirely different story.

I fixed that for you Michael. Some folks might have thought you were serious ... "vegetables" ...lol. You Californian Millenials are such kidders :D

Come to the FL panhandle and work 25 leads. You won't be able to make contact with half of those. You will be lucky to sell 20% of the leads over several weeks of door knocking and phone calls. Then comes the charge backs when they start lapsing in a few months. $2500AP is more realistic.

I feel very vindicated in what I initially wrote. I had a feeling this was going to be an attempt to attack IMOs over how many leads they tell agents to buy.

Telling agents that 25 DM leads equals 4,000 AP is dangerous. One, the area simply may not support it. Some areas really are harder than others. And the agent may be no where near skilled enough to do it. So suddenly the agent goes into a home thinking the people owe him. That they have to buy and he has to average $160 AP per lead or $640 per sale (assuming 25% closing off total leads). And suddenly he isn't closing anything because his attitude and mindset is running everyone off.

Agreed.
You can teach someone to do something doesn't mean they're going to do it. but it also doesn't mean you didn't teach them, and that they didn't learn how.

you still have to do the work and many agents will fall short in that area.

How could you not believe 25 leads a week doesn't equal 4000 AP a week... that's mind-boggling to me.

What would JD be saying to this? Assuming you were not with FEX. Hell, he has gone after Newby with that 'Marketer' talk.

I like your 'do a ride along with me and I'll show you' thing. That is some good stuff. Reminds me of Ben's blitzes and Boom Boom room. Not that I ever partook.

However, you are here recruiting and saying 25 leads should equal $4,000AP if they follow your training. So assuming your people get 25 leads, and of course follow your instructions, they constantly do the $4,000 weekly. Regardless of area, skill set or back log of leads. That is a big claim.

So the old 'show me your 1099' should not fly.

What would JD say?

People's bars need to be raised not lowered.

I think you're misquoting JD again...where is this quote you speak of can you show me?

O
People's bars need to be raised not lowered.

No argument there.

I know you are fairly new to the forum. Sounds like you are a beast of a producer. As a trainer?

Not a knock on you at all. There have been dozens before you. Tubbs had JD and some kind of new secret pirate dust, Doug and them Matt hit some crazy numbers, Ben turned haters from another IMO into BFFs in the Boom Boom room.

Every recruiter is asked to put up.

Sorry, I don't see what you are talking about that I quoted him.
