How Much AP Should the Average FE Agent/agency Write in a Month?

I'm confused....20 leads a week? I could call 20 leads in 2 hours ....what would I do the other 38 hours of the week?

Also, what is the % commission earned from the 10k/mo?

That may be the problem. The goal is not to call though the leads the goal, is to write business.
