How Much AP Should the Average FE Agent/agency Write in a Month?

As a new agent, 10k sounds like a great goal to reach for. I am limited to starting part time. I have started with 3 companies. Anyone here in the same boat? And if so, what kind of production are you expecting and what are you producing?

No one is going to be in the same boat. Each person's boat is different as well as the pond they are floating in.
Starting out part time I would set an app goal. Get at least 1 or two apps a week. Or what ever your number is. Then I would set a Money goal. Full time you could flop that but part time is more restricted. Start out concentrating on "apptivity". As you start consistently hit 2-3 Apps a week part time you will find that the money goal start taking care of it self. IMHO

I have a shoe box around here somewhere full of DM leads I ordered years ago. They have not made me crap. I am thinking I may call one of them some day. That may help.
I believe that its a pretty safe bet 7 out of ten people posting in this forum only work par time. Insurance agents are notoriously very lazy.
I also believe 7 out of ten insurance agents barely make minimum wage. Insurance sales is just like any other sales. The top 20% of the agents are writing 80% of the business.

If u are going with EFES, hey have a lot of old leads in that area I was thinking of buying, but its just too far. If not, good luck either way u go!!

You see, this is how green I am, I don't even know what EFES is, but I am looking into maybe buying some leads to perhaps get a kick start, but I haven't even looked into it yet.

Do a forum search for them....u will be able to decide for yourself if they are for you or not. There's 100's of post on them, the good, the bad & the ugly!!
