How to avoid deer-in-headlight syndrome

Always have a checklist when you talk to your broker ...

So you'll know when it's time to hang up ...

_____ Buy on the DIP

_____ Diversification is key

_____ Remember, we are in it for the long haul

_____ Do not listen to the noise

_____ There is plenty of liquidity in the markets

_____ Great time to dollar cost average

_____ The situation is well contained

_____ They’re not losses until you sell

_____ It is time in the markets, not market timing...

_____ The 25 Year history of the S&P 500 shows….

_____ Now is the time to buy, not to sell

_____ 80% of the S&P 500 returns are from the top 5 days

_____ This is healthy for the markets

_____ Do not let emotions control your decisions

_____ The S&P 500 has never had a negative 20-year return

After hangin up ... go out to the garage and put a 1/8" drill bit in your cordless drill ... and drill a small hole in each of your heels ...

That way ... the BULLSH*T can weep out ... and keep you from drowning in it ...
