I usually put it on the bulletin board at the AID's clinic. You would think he would call to thank me, but no . . . .

I may put his phone number in as prayer request line. He will call and thank me for that...

You could call the lead and tell them to call you right back. You may have to entice them with some trickery though

There are lots of great books on this subject. Bottom line is you have to find something that works with your personality.

if you put your phone number on you lead piece (if doing direct mail), your responses will drop, but those that call, you'll usually sell... I wouldn't expect more than 5 calls per thousand with that though...
