I Can't Get Out to Sell So I Need to Sell Over The Phone-Help-Any Companies?

Have you tried using annuities genius it's a great tool for point of sale! I think they offer a 7-day free trial no strings attached...

Sure Todd whatever you say. How does this sound: "Ms. Betty, don't worry, I'm not some pushy salesman, my job is to share this info you requested. If you see something you like fine, if you don't that's fine also. I have a lot of people to catch up with". Better? LOL!

By the way I laid out some good FE sales info in posts #95 and #58 above. When are you going to share some of your sales info up here?
Much better..

The TM lead generation idea is nothing new. It is designed simply to generate a lead, just like the old ways of doing business. When I began my career as a financial advisor back in the early 90's, we generated leads via cold-call, long before cell phones were invented and internet marketing. Same church, different pew. The pitch was to cold-call residents in a targeted area and ask if they were interested in receiving free information on investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, etc.
If they were interested in something, we would agree to mail out the info., and tell them we "would follow up in a few days to make sure you received it; answer any questions you may have, and, offer you a complimentary consultation here in the office. Would that be okay?"
If they said, "No", end the call and move on to the next name on the list who may turn out to be an easier sell down the road. However, even those who agreed to all the above did not guarantee a client. Some even acted as if they never requested the info, even though you had a distinct recollection of speaking to him/her. It's only a lead.
If the individual accepted my 2nd call, had questions, and scheduled a complimentary consultation, I would request that they bring specific documents. Some would keep appointments, while some were no-shows. Of those who kept their scheduled appointments, I knew what my chances were of acquiring a new client was. If they arrived empty handed, my chances were slim. If they arrived with the itemized list of documents that I had requested, it was up to me to fail at the point. All the energy and effort is put in on the appointment. Not on generating interest. If you have to press a prospect to be interests, how much more difficult would it be to get them to buy. And even if you persuade them to buy, just as soon as you leave, buyers remorse walks in an cancels your sale.
Regardless of how leads are generated; referrals, tv, tm, dm, cc, fb, or internet, it still boils down to a game of numbers. Although a referral has been considered the best lead source, no one has ever batted 1000.

You're way behind. I've been sharing for years. Where have you been?

And sure, it does sound better, but I can tell by your tone that you still don't see anything wrong with what you've been doing by saying you're not a salesman.
