I really should be working

A boomer buddy of mine sent me this meme that said something about all young people are the same. Not in a good way. Yeah, they are not. They my not have a lot of experiences to draw from but some have some that many boomers never had experiences.

Started the morning coffee having a conversation with my daughter about a potential mate, love that girl.

Weighed, down another pound... WIN!

Prepping a room for a freeze dryer that arrives today.

Off to PizzaRanch tonight with a bunch of friends for a good cause... not to celebrate my weight loss :wacko:

$400 of batteries in my van that need to be placed in the coach chassie. Will I get to it... :1eek:

:shocked:... my desk... :shocked::swoon:

(@WinoBlues... hey man, this is like therapy. Sitting in my papa chair, but I feel like I need to be laying on the couch. ;) Thanks for taking the lead.)

Trade ya.

Finishing packing to load the last UBox in my driveway. Closing, I hope, Friday. Amazing how much crap you can accumulate in 22 years.

Van - $400? I was complaining about $200 battery for my daughter's car. Must be a big van.

Yes, it is amazing the stuff you can collect. No, I'm not trading. Moved my in-laws from a large Victorian home from I'll to SC 2 years ago. I've done mine for while. ;)

The 2 batteries are in the van all 100+ lbs of them and they go in the diesel pusher. They are only for the chassie, the other 5 batteries for the coach. Don't need to change choach batteries just yet, and don't want to admit how much they cost.:no:

The guy from FedEx just delivered the freeze dryer. Real nice guy.

Just want to sit on my butt at the moment, but PizzaRanch is going to wreck my calorie deficit tonight and I need to do damage control. :jimlad:

I hope your packing goes well, your move goes off without a hitch, and you don't get a bum back. Out of state or closer to home?

Yeah, I am babying my back. It went out a few months ago and I was jacked up. On a cane for a couple of weeks. Back pain is no joke. But I am a tough old frail old man.

We were looking at better states, Decided to stay close by. Kids and grandkids. My Maryland son wants us to move there. Too cold in the winter and too humid in the summer. So downsizing. Moving into the Nomad Agent phase of my life.

Maybe I get a Van and do the Van Life thing. Nah, maybe for a week or so but I need some comforts.
