20 years in the business and about twice a year I get a client who receives their policy and calls me how upset they are because I sold them a life insurance policy when they specifically said they were looking for a burial policy- Some people get it, and some don't.. This last client? A retired engineer now working claims for a shipping company inspecting damaged containers.. I tried everything- crayons and construction paper, sock puppets... it just didn't sink in-
"Engineer" that says it all. How many times have I work with someone like that. They over complicate, over think, and rarely make decisions.
