I'm An SEO Expert. Ask Me Anything !

Well, Series7dude, it appears you have a foot in the door. You're kinda, sorta, pretty much being taken seriously now. You're resilient, I'll say that. Most posters would have fled by now! This is a tough gang, and we hate spammers. Keep giving usable content and solid, honorable advice and before you know it you'll be the forum's friend. Mostly. Sorta. Unless you misspell something or misquote, or if you're far right wing or super liberal, or overweight, or stupid, or if you end your sentences with a preposition. Then you'll be verbally abused. Sorry.

Yes you should post it on your site...but you should also rewrite it and post in one ezine or articlebase. The best version goes on your site...the other versions go on the article sites. The rewritten ones should be unique enough to not be considered duplicate content. This will take some time but you will find rewriting your article doesn't take that long.
oh yea....I am a big fan of putting content on Ezine over my own site.....

Thanks,
I call roll with the punches. I've been doing this for a long time and I know what I know and if people disagree that's cool...but I love sharing info.

One day i'm sure I will need advice from all of you regarding a venture of mine....BUT LET ME SAY THIS NOW, I WILL NEVER SOLICIT ANYTHING EVER!! That's a promise.. I may lean on this community for opinion but never anything more than that. I need industry insight that only someone in the business would have and instead of just outright asking for it I figure I can give some of my valuable insight at the same time.

even better than ezine/goarticles/articlebase is to sign up for a blog post package, so that your links are in content and you know it will get indexed and your posts with pass pr.

Okay, Series7dude, I have a question for you. I have an older site created with Frontpage that is still visually acceptable, but it's not current with today's css standards. It is giving me good leads and I'm worried about losing that. I've heard that if you change or optimize an older site too much it will drop in the rankings. I don't want that. What do you recommend?

No issues with updating an old site...if fact you may see a jump from Google right away. Things you need to consider 1. if you are doing a redesign make sure your subpage URLs stay the same. If your URls have to change, make sure you do a 301 redirect. 2. Make sure you maintain the same level of content front the old site to the new one. Content is just as important as links.

There are so many out there, I'm not familar with those names, but the idea is prob the same , you provide an article(S) and it's posted (dripped or not) to a number of blogs (50-100-200..etc), your posts go to the homepage and gets a temp boost because of the PR juice flowing and you also get the post url too.

I usually find mine at traffic planet/backlinksforum, wickedfire, blackhatforum, and warrior forum. And once I find solid providers, I get a discount for multiple orders, so I pretty much stay with the ones who provide consistent results.

The same article on 50+ blogs? Major duplicate content.
