I have heard good things about EFES. How many states do you need to be licensed in for an IMO to do phones sales.

I do understand that not all IMOs were created equal.

EFES does f2f too - actually, think they prefer it . . .

If you do phone sales - get some Facebook or TV leads . . .

It definitely taints the numbers if you count single premium in at dollar for dollar. Also annuities. That's the trouble with production comparisons you never know exactly what they are posting. That top producer at One Life is definitely outstanding because the other producers had the same rules and were way behind him. But was he counting single premium? Annuities? Other stuff? Makes a huge difference.

I would agree, but I still think that guys production is truly amazing. One Life seems to have a lot of high level producers.

Yes that's what I meant.

I heard they were called something else first. They changed there name because they had something going on, I forget the term, but when the carrier doesn't pay you directly and the payment goes to the IMO first, then the IMO pays the agent, but supposed they got accused for hold on to certain commissions that they were suppose to pay out.

They used to be Parker & Associates (Ken Parker). Yes, all the agents were captive and they were very bad about paying the agents what was owed to them. They were taken to court many times over this, to my knowledge.

They say that things have changed over there. I can't swear to it one way or the other though.

I'm sure if One Life was disrespected in the Insurance Community - they wouldn't have 500+ Agents producing $50k annually and over 150+ Agents over $100k + having 30+ over $200k and the Top 5 Agents $300k and above . . .

They provide street level Contracts on their Broker side and to guys like me - above street . . . They have all the top Carriers. They do Life and Medicare plans.

I love 'em. You can write one policy a day or one a year - they appreciate all their Agents.

Nice Incentives. You can do Ride Alongs, sit in on some Call Center calls, trainings, etc . . .
