Our contracts float between 40 and 70. I believe she was at a 65 for most of the year.

What is the highest contract a newer agent would get from his/ her up line. I have basically heard highest is 80, then someone told me you could negotiate higher if you basically show the imo a marketing plan and generate all you own leads.
If you're generating your own leads then you better have a contract that is a hell of a lot higher than 80% for FE!

Buy / Produce your own leads and get 110% to 130% Contracts . . .
But - you can get lower contracts with leads from LH, SL, OLA and others.
