I have spoken to LH, they start at 80, and want you to use there in-house system. They basically give you leads and dock your commission. Heard that is trouble and you can get vectored easy that way

I'm not I was just saying what they do. They pitched it to me as fronted leads, then I read about them and basically heard they require a purchase of 20/ week @$35

I'd get with Josh @ EFES. They have a nice support group, leads and street level contracts . . .
You need training and mentorship. Many of the old fart IMO's on here can do the contracts but offer little training.
Matt Mungia is awesome too - but, not so much for newbies.

If you would get with Josh at EFES, then why did you go with One Life? That sounds a little contradictory. Why would you not recommend the outfit that you are with?

I've been with OLA for years now. I don't need leads or training. OP needs hand holding - OLA Broker side won't accommodate him . . .
He could do the OLA career side for training, leads, etc - but, haircut will come as part of it . . .

I have heard good things about EFES. How many states do you need to be licensed in for an IMO to do phones sales.
I do understand that not all IMOs were created equal.
