Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I will try anyway. I am an independent insurance agent, I have been in the insurance field for about 5 years and have been independent for 2. I have built a decent book of business and I am looking to take my career to the next level. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what the best way would be to accomplish this. Is it better to go with a broker dealer or a RIA? Is it even possible to get a broker dealer without any experience? What is the best way to learn the business as an independent?
