Interview With Alan Town - $22,752,532 In 2017 Final Expense Production

It's pretty tough to clean sheet a product that a computer algorithm desides accept or decline.

I have spoken with several managers and agents from Columbian. Not one of them was concerned about doing what's best for the client. Improper replacements are a common every day occurrence. They are trained to do whatever they can, legal or not, to write a new policy.

I have also noticed that most of the Columbian polices I run into are owned by highly uneducated people that are much more susceptible to being lied to. Most of them have no idea what they bought or what it covers. Over the years I have learned it is best to just get up and walk away from those type of buyers.

I can not count the number of people I have run into like that. I can not say I have ever run into a Columbian policy.

Agents will justify a replacement.
