Interview With Christopher Westfall

goillini52....how do you respond and I get emails, when the forum says you are offline? So much to learn.....thanks.
In the upper right side of the page, to the left of your name when you're logged in, there's an arrow pointing down. Click on that and it'll show you options. Click on Alert Preferences and you can check or uncheck what e-mails you get. It's a pain to get an e-mail every time someone responds to your post or a thread you've posted in. Hope that helps.

I use Chris' training and have never had an issue with him. I've learned a lot. MrSockMonkey, look him up on YouTube, he has a lot of videos posted and see what you think. Also, Medicareagenttraining.com has a Facebook page where he's always posting Med Supp updates.

No, he does not take phone calls from agents but he does get back to you very shortly if you put in a support ticket. I know there's been some chatter on here about low contract levels or something, whatever.

The link is under my signature.

We do answer the phone and we also have a live chat feature. You also get free access to ILIAA.org.
Thanks, Todd. I did not realize you also taught Medicare phone sales. I already know ILIAA is a good resource.

So who would you recommend for training on selling sups over the phone?
I see that Todd threw his hat in the ring. There are several Forum members that you can learn from. Somarco, Bevo, vic120 and SShafran to name a few. They all sell Med Supps over the phone. Read some of their past posts.

Thanks goillini52 for that information. What I need is some systematic "don't reinvent the wheel" training to start. I'm good once I get the basics.

This is why I'm looking for some type of program, so I don't have to Google every single thing to start, and hope I found an accurate source.

And I don't know what I don't know.

I will definitely look at posts of the members you mentioned.
