Is Americo's UP1 worth it now

What' s the type of client that's looking for a $50k term or less ..

For these SITerm policies? The are the last few:
A guy just getting married that had some recent hospital and first time Insulin issues. Truck driver that is only home Saturday and Sunday. Does not want to do an exam.I did this one F2F
A single mom, teenage son, With some mental health issues. Added child rider and MoO policy. This was a ROPTerm ($50k mom $10K son, in 20 yrs $27,500 PdUp on mom) $57mo. Son will be in late 30s.
A Single Mom (a grip of kids) Bi Polar and Insulin, Policy premium on her with child rider was close to just Child MoO WL policies.
A Client's son that was declined by Sagicor because he forgot to tell me he was on a suspended license.

I should note that I do not go looking for these type of clients. These are not your normal term leads. They come to me in one form or another.

The first guy's new wife called me from a referral.
The next one was the beneficiary from a claim I did.
The next one I paid a claim on her dad, then last year on her mom and have other plans on her and her brother.
The next one I wrote and paid a claim on his little brother 10 years ago and insure his mom, dad, brothers and sisters family.

That said, comp % is pushing what you would get with FE, as I understand it, less renewals. Premium tends to be higher than a standard term policy. the kid with all the kids was almost $70mo and issue paid much faster than a rated FU case would have.

EDIT: Oh and all done from my desk in shorts and flip flops. Except for the first one. But that was done on his patio over street Tacos and Beer. His new mother in law was making and serving them. Then he sent me home with a bunch of Pan Dulce. Winning!
