Is FE really a lower-income Product?

Hi Friends,

I was talking to an FMO the other day who told me that FE is really best sold in the Small Towns and 'Lower Income people.

Is this true?

(I know little to nothing about the product so forgive my naivety).

Appreciate any constructive input...

Thanks

"Smaller towns" means nothing, it's all about the lower income. The entire niche would not exist if it weren't for just one reason. People that want to take care of the funeral and burial costs but can't do so with just one check.

100% agree, the size of the town is irrelevant other than how many leads you can get. California has small beach towns but a large % of the population is high income with no need for a 15,000 burial plan. I would recommend finding areas closest to your home and expanding outward until you can consistently get your desired number of leads. Once you have been running leads for a while you can eliminate areas that are not "Final Expense Country", is what I call it. Rearden put it well, you'll know it when you see it.
