No snakes. It does not happen very often. Even MOO products had the clause up to about a year or two ago. The companies are required to accept the T65 market, but they can have a six month pre-x clause if they haven't had coverage. That is a very small segment of the population in my experience. So small that the majority have removed the clause all together.

T65 people don't get a pass. They must have prior coverage as well or they have the pre-ex problem too. Not sure if that's what you're saying, but wanted to make it clear.
