Just broke overrides gone Anthem. I’m owed an apology

The note starts out to Brokers and agency's . It says can't pay admin fees . That's what overrides were . Now they might pay some short of fee to some Fmo's to do licensing and such. There not going to address overrides to agents anyway

Admin fees meaning HRA Payments and Other comp made to agents including, but not limited to payments for Ahip and marketing

Justin Brock from 3 days ago who Amerilife bought for $70 mil 2 months ago . He was obviously given info overrides over for all but the highest Fmo's ( won't be vol override ) . I won't say anymore on this subject but handwritings always been on wall . No marketing money hits me for $50 k a year . So I'm getting hit hard

Nah we are all gonna be fine. Just keep working, next year will be a good year, and keep getting better.

Insurance agents hustle, we will all survive the changes

No agents will actually overall be better off . % wise few agents get marketing money . So I'd say 85% of agents getting a raise .

So the traditional small agency with 2,3,4 agents won't exist anymore? Everybody is going to be a street level agent now?

Loa model . Can probably still make a little money . But forget the override the small agency was making of $75-$100 and app and $4 -$5 a month on back end renewals . Not getting the $100 or so an app marketing money hurts .
