Just got Anthem email . 48 scope does not apply to inbound calls

My feeling on the SOA is if it’s a new potential client then make us get it signed 48 hrs ahead of time. If it’s a current client I don’t understand the purpose of having to do it 2 days before you meet to review their plan or show other options. Had to switch a ton of clients last year from one MA plan to another with the same company. Would have been nearly impossible to get them all done if I couldn’t have them all sign the SOA at the same time I switched their plan. I’m a one man show so time is of the essence when they give us 7 or 8 weeks to get to everyone.
