KSKJ the news just gets worse and worse

KSKJ's contracting has been frozen for months.

The fact KSKJ has non FEX agents contracted doesn't prove that FEX was hurting KSKJ's profitability.

Then why didn't they term all fe producers ?Obviously the relationship wasn't working . We can speculate all we want about the why's . But there's no discussion it had something to do with money kskj wasn't making . Are all the FEX guys still getting their renewals . If they sent out that letters warning them about the agent I bet it's hell servicing .Who you doing all your replacing with now that's there's no kskj ?

This only applies to rookies. Seasoned agents if you don't give them all the tools cause your butt hurt ego is pissed you aren't making every contract dollar off of them. Stepping on your own toes with that foolishness mentality. And you just said to that agent I don't care about you doing what's best for you, it's all about what's best for me. Subsidized leads or you trained me ok otherwise kick rocks and go write with your own pen and your welcome for the overrides I already allowed you to have on me

Oh wait my bad. They have like 40 agents and spouses that won the trip and have been promised they will be paid that value. So they are all I'm sure biting thoer tongues till they get theirs. Respect that and you better stay quiet and get what you can from these scumbags. So I'm sure for them ksjk is all good in the hood. For now. Rightfully so. I'd do the same damn thing if I was them. Wait no I wouldn't. I'd tell stu to shove his contract us his ass infront of the companies investors in the lobby of the resort in aruba that they paid for me to be at. But that's just me. Their house (FEX) just got shook. This company put them specifically in bad light infront of everyone, termed only them, said our new game plan is to solicit current clients, then discredited each one of them for free leads. Its just crazy and ballsy and like you did what? Shook and shocked. I'm sure daddy (travis) has them all ordered to keep quiet and low key about things. Or at least off my post calling those 2 faced crooks Stu and Tony out publicly and stop being polite to those that screwed you. I'm not sure why though. I'd be pissed, shoot im pissed for them. Wow thats a really good point. Were they termed for cause? Does this mean for cause? Because in the contract I do believe for cause voids renewals. I didn't even think about that. Shady company like them I bet they pay for a little and then just stop. I think I heard of them doing that to someone else before.

It would have only gone out to clients of terminated agents. If they only terminated FEX agents, then it only went out to FEX clients.

They know they built a huge block of business on replacements writen by agents that take great pride in their replacement skills. They have every reason to expect wholesale replacement of that business after they terminated the agents in the manner they did.

The next step is to proactively conserve the business that lapses. Every contract I have seen includes a clause that says if the agent replaces the company's business after termination all future commissions will be forfieted. All the company has to do is find one policyholder say, "I dropped my insurance because agent X wrote me another policy" and poof, the company gets to keep all future commissions agent X has coming.

The only way an agent can replace that business is by lieing or bad mouthing the company. Can't replace it on price. I wouldn't expect the bigger producers to mess with their book jeopardizing renewals . Although it could be an innocent lapse and the agent writes another plan . They call the customer and he says"Jd wrote me another company" . Boom the renewals gone. The worst company I saw always threatening terminated agents was Snl. They had some bs clause they'd come after the agent for 2 yrs of renewals and attorney fees .
