I've been approached by a convicted felon who needs a large ($3 million) policy to replace the one his now ex-wife dropped.
He had a heart attack 2 years ago and had a couple of stent placed. He claims medical records show no serious heart muscle death.
He was released 2 months ago - no "parole", no "probation" - just free. He was convicted on a white-collar crime.
Has anyone run into a case like this? I need a few suggestions for some major carriers who might make an offer for this case.
Thanks.
