Lead credit in SNL's system

anyone using snl lead system where they match your spend in what you h ave in your account?

I have $1850 sitting there but dont do any f2f or door knocks.. telesales only,
thinking what is offered isnt for telesales?? thoughts on others using the program.. where the options are lead connection. need a lead, lead concepts and fb leads.. thanks

They also have in house DM but the only time I have used it, I got only 4(possibly 5) responses for 1000 pieces mailed.
the Lead Jerk is also an approved vendor.
