So I am a captured agent with Farmers just as a upfront disclosure. I do telemarketing and have run into a good problem.
I have to many leads and I can not use Farmers database after I input the leads efficiently.
For Instance: I call a client, they like the quote and want me to email and wont buy right then, they aren't available to talk about the quote, they have an accident falling off, home claim falling off, etc.... There are a lot of reasons I would want to pipeline clients and make an effective call back list and have a program or database organize these leads for me.
So, does anyone know of a database that will do what I want? I know I could just use a calendar but Im talking about having 50-100 leads on any givin day to call back and using a calendar is way to time consuming and I'd like a data base that would be P&C related fields to input info.
