In my case the guy quarterly payment got lost in the mail and part B lapsed. He resent a replacement check. During all of this is MAPD got cancelled.
Can he get back a plan before AEP in Oct 2016?

Seriously though, with the dumb asses the P.O. hires anymore, it's a very likely story..

I've had clients get Part B reinstated after termination and get their MAPD reinstated as well.
