So I don't see why not, but a potential client of mine asked me if S&M is covered if someone sued him for accidental harm. It's recreational only, but he has a nice setup at his home apparently.

Any thoughts? I'd probably up the liability if protected. I'd normally say yes but given the nature of it...

I am awaiting underwriting response tomorrow, this was asked of me after they were closed.

dude, you ALWAYS have the weirdest questions and sceneros, good lord, dont let me ever buy your BOB.....

I LOVE these situations though. I think as an agent, it's excellent that people are willing to let me into their lives and answer questions like this.

And for the other reply, we're looking at about 25k worth of equipment both as part of the house (coverage A) and as contents (coverage C).

C'mon Red Blood, that's part of the fun. Sell the book, and then be put on retainer to help service the book afterwards... and I don't think I've really had a lot of weird questions... though I have answered a few weird ones. Maybe you're mixing me in with everyone else? I just answered the veterinarian lawsuit question, I didn't ask it.

Hey let us know if the ins co wanted to take on the risk, and how hard they were laughing when they gave you their response, and if they wanted pics as well.
