How's the MA side of things? When you have a new rep in FE - do you automatically cross train?

Is it overwhelming to the rep..?

We focus new agents on FE with the idea that they will be adding Medicare at a later date. There's just too much information for the new agent to digest without adding a whole additional boatload out of the gate. Once the agent is comfortable we start adding on top of what they are already doing.
