Some wholesalers had access but I do know Prosight is limiting appointments at this time.
I worked with a few guys over there when it was still NY Marine before it went to Prosight..
I would agree that the limousine market is not something you would want to get into right now .. not only because of the market but uber/lyft will make limousines obsolete in 10 years.
But carriers still think they can do it at these crazy prices even though no one has been able to ever in history..
