Lincoln Heritage 100% Contracts

Then make that part of the conversation. Look new agent I am going to train you, it takes time from me being out in the field. Due to that you will have this lower commission level and I do not plan on allowing a release until you hit this production level.

One of the many reasons I don't recruit I only need to worry about my production.

I agree that should be understood upfront. I have not recruited since the early 90s.

Eternity is not a reasonable expectation (except in regards to my salvation through Jesus Christ!)
Seldom will it be for eternity.. Even if the MGA/IMO will not release you, most will companies will after 6 or 12 months without production.. Or if you cancel your current contract and then recon tract after that period of time.

If a company would lock me out indefinitely, I wouldn't think I needed that company anyway.

I was appointed with United American through Farm & Ranch Healthcare in 2000 they still won't release me. Have they got any business from me since? ....Hell No

Do youo need them to do business? NO .. Haven't been contracted with them since '87 and I can't say there has even been a time I wished I still had them.

If only Rick could say the same. They told him he wasn't up to their standards.

Well I can see Paige said that she started at 80% and increasing to 85% next month.
:twitchy: BTW I never made it as I needed to get my productivity up (the incentive they offered me) and I was a slacker, went on vacation then lost my mojo .

Myself , Todd King IM , Fexcontracting, and finalexpensesuperstar.com, oh and and finalexpensechampions.com . But, I am in the process of going with EFES once my releases are in.
Meanwhile I have been continuing to learn what not to do in this business and most importantly what to do.
I will have to say, I have learned a whole lot from all of the above including LH.
I would love to be with LH if and this is a big if they did pay higher commissions, lower lead costs and wouldn't chop your deals for customer using debit cards or savings accounts..stuff like that .
But, I am not bitter I went over there with my eyes wide open. Oh and if I could truly , truly believe it was the absolute best for the client because we all know it is the most expensive car on the lot.
Like I told ya'll I was going to do it for 30 days and I ended up dragging it out for about 90...
I just did not realize it is fairly easy to get into a contract and not so easy or fun to leave.

Where is the next place once you discover the pitfalls of the all mighty Glorified EFES?

Second do you know how hard it is to get a release form them? :D

I do wish you you luck though you're very cute and the biz needs more of you're kind.
